YES! We offer both. Layout or project assistance for cabinets specifically is free but requires you to place a deposit that will be credited towards your final order. A major whole room design would require a separate service that can be arranged through E&B Homes. More information can be found here.

All cabinets ship via freight for a flat fee of $195 no matter the order size. Small items like hardware, samples, parts, or paint ship via Fedex or USPS for $14.95.

We guarantee a delivery time frame of 7-21 days. If you are located close to one of our warehouses and the order is for a standard size kitchen, the delivery window will be closer to the 7 days. Larger orders located farther away from a warehouse could take up to 21 days. Orders requiring custom modifications can add an additional 10 days.

We have you covered with our damage protection guarantee! If any part of your order arrives damaged, we will ship you a replacement within 7 days at no cost.

Your cabinet order will arrive via truck freight equipped with a lift gate from Old Dominion. Every cabinet will be covered, shrink wrapped, and protected then strapped to pallets.

Absolutely! We love wall cabinets with glass. Choose the correct wall cabinet you would like modified and make sure it is in your order. You will also need to add the glass modification service for each cabinet that you want glass door fronts on. Once your order is placed, we will reach out to confirm which cabinets you would like glass in. You can read. more here.

We do not accept returns. The cost associated with shipping and building the cabinets is far too high to offer returns. We work with you through the entire process to ensure you are ordering everything you need. We will replace any damaged cabinets at no cost to you within 7 days.

Yes, we offer samples for all color offerings. The sample is a 3x3 inch square wood block cut from the filler strips. If you want a full door sample to see cabinet design, we also offer a 15x15 full cabinet door color matched. We ship samples via USPS. Feel free to order as many samples as you would like.

When choosing a custom color, you must place your order first with the custom option selected for the style and color under each cabinet. Once we receive your order, we will reach out to and discuss the process. The color you select must be from Sherwin Williams color codes. We can match your cabinets to any color you pick. This will remove the doors from any wall cabinet and paint the interior to match the exterior color leaving an open shelf to display items on. Think of a small bookcase that matches your cabinet finishes. Read more here.
